Sarah Nichols is the Founder and Managing Attorney at Nichols Law, P.C. She is also an author, coach, HR expert, and a public speaker with frequent speeches for private employers and associations providing managers with compliance and liability prevention training. 

Sarah represents individuals in relation to their discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She assists employees negotiating their exits from their employers. She is a tough and conscientious advocate for her clients and believes seeing both sides makes her a better advocate. 

Sarah is also the host of the Women’s Advocate Podcast.

The gender pay gap global studies reveal a 16 to 19 percent difference between men and women with the same position and experience in their company. Sarah Nichols, a US-born, Australian-raised lawyer, is working towards permanently closing the gap and ending discrimination against women in the workplace.
